Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data of website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission of a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16 years. Therefore, we recommend parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent that their data is collected without parental consent. BakeryZone B.V. does not take decisions based on automated processes concerning matters that can have (significant) impact on persons. This applies to decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without the involvement of a human being (eg. a BakeryZone B.V. employee).

Sharing personal data with third parties
BakeryZone B.V. does not sell your data to third parties and only provides this exclusively when necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We set up a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our request to safeguard an equivalent level of security and confidentiality of your data. BakeryZone B.V. remains responsible for the processing of these data.

Review, modify or delete data
You have the right to review, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible permission for data processing by BakeryZone B.V. as well as the right to data portability. You can submit a request to have your personal data sent in a computer file to you or to another organisation specified by you.

You can send your request for review, correction, removal, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your permission or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@bakeryzone.com.

To ensure the review request is in your name, we ask that you include a copy of a valid identity document. Please black out your photograph, the MRZ (machine readable zone, number at the bottom of the passport) and your social security number to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks maximum, to your request.

How we secure personal data
BakeryZone B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted data disclosure and unauthorized modification.
